Tell us what you want to build
Describe your project in the form below. We read every enquiry ourselves and reply within one business day. What you get back is a fixed-scope plan: what we will build, a timeline with real dates, and one fixed price. No hourly billing.
After you send
What happens next
Three steps, and you can hold us to all of them.
A person reads it
Robert reads every enquiry himself. Not a queue and not a bot — the same people who would do the work read the enquiry, which is why the first reply is useful rather than a request to book a call.
One business day
You get an answer inside a business day, even when the answer is that this is not work we are right for. Nothing sits in a pipeline waiting for a follow-up sequence.
A fixed-scope plan
What gets built, a timeline with real dates, and one price for exactly that scope. No hourly billing, and no number that moves once work starts.
Before you write
Questions people ask first
The things worth knowing before you spend twenty minutes describing your business to strangers.
How do you price a project?
One fixed price for one written scope, agreed before any work starts. There is no hourly billing and no time-and-materials. If something is not in the scope document, it is not in the price — and if you want it added, we re-price that change on its own rather than letting the total drift.
Who owns the code you write?
You do, all of it. The source is handed over at the end of the build and nothing is locked to us. You can take it to another team, keep it in-house, or leave it running untouched; none of that depends on keeping us on a retainer.
Do you have real client case studies?
Not published yet. The builds on our work page are concept builds — designed and built by us to show what an engagement produces end to end, with invented companies. Real case studies go up when clients confirm them in writing, and not before. We would rather show you work we can prove we made than results we cannot.
Will AI replace the systems we already run?
No. We sit beside your system of record rather than replacing it, working against your data, your workflows and your business rules. That means a pilot first, then production, and a two-way integration with whatever you already run — not a migration.
We only want to try one small thing. Is that possible?
Yes, and it is the usual way in. A single agent is scoped, built and running against your own data as its own piece of work, with no commitment to anything after it. Most larger engagements here started as one agent doing one job.
How quickly will we hear back?
Within one business day. We read every enquiry ourselves — there is no sales team in between — and the first answer costs nothing. What comes back is either a fixed-scope plan or a straight explanation of why we are not the right people for it.
Would rather just email? Write to letswork@closingbrackets.com and say what you are trying to build. It reaches Robert Campbell directly and gets the same answer in the same day.
