Closing Brackets designs and builds the digital property a business runs on — sites, apps, and the usual engineering bar (performance, accessibility, security, SEO). On that same property, we will hire a custom agent to take a defined set of delegated tasks: qualify the lead, draft the reply, file the document, book the slot, escalate what it must not decide. The client stays the manager. The agent does the work they hand it.

Robert Collins
Robert Collins is the founder of Closing Brackets, a builder-led studio. He scopes the work, writes the code, and builds the agent systems and the loop engineering that keep them running in production.
It is a small senior team with the founder in the work. Whoever writes your scope is the person who builds it, and the person you reach when it is live.

And what no agent of ours is allowed to decide
- Pricing exceptions and refunds you have not written a rule for
- Clinical, legal, or financial sign-off
- Regulated language: anything that reads as medical, legal, or financial advice goes to a person
- Anything without a stop condition and an escalation name
