What you send us

The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, and what you want built; company and budget band are optional. It is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and read by a person.

We keep the email thread for as long as the conversation is live and for our own records of it afterwards. If you email us or book a call, the same applies to what you write.

What the site measures

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used: which sections get read, where people stop, and where the scroll-driven homepage stalls. Clarity sets cookies for this, may record sessions as anonymised replays and heatmaps, and masks what you type into form fields by default. Microsoft's own privacy statement covers how it handles that data.

Our host, Render, keeps ordinary server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operations, and clears them on its own schedule. We do not run advertising trackers.

Booking a call

If you book a 15-minute call, the scheduling provider we link to collects what it needs to hold the slot, under its own privacy policy. We see your name, email and the time you chose.

Your choices

Write to robert@closingbrackets.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted; we will do that within a reasonable time and tell you when it is done. You can decline or clear analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
